Step 1: You'll hear from me directly
Within 24–48 hours of your inquiry, you'll receive a personal response from Joann — not an automated reply, not an assistant. Just a real message from the person you'll actually be working with.
Step 2: We'll have a conversation
If it feels like a good fit, we'll schedule your free 30-minute Root Cause Conversation. This is where you share what you've been experiencing, ask anything you want to know, and we decide together whether Earth Within is the right next step for you. No pressure. No pitch.
Step 3: We begin
If we're moving forward, you'll receive your Ayurvedic health intake form — the foundation of all our work together. Complete it at your own pace, and we'll schedule your first session from there. Most clients begin within one to two weeks of their initial inquiry.
