Before your first session, you'll complete a deep Ayurvedic health intake — the most thorough assessment most clients have ever done. We map your prakruti (your natural constitution), your vikruti (your current imbalances), your history, your patterns, and your goals. This becomes the living foundation of everything we build together.

Your herbal protocol is built specifically for your constitution and current imbalances — not a generic supplement stack. It evolves as you heal. The protocol is included in your program investment. Session Structure Sessions are 60 minutes, held every two weeks over your six months — twelve sessions total. Each one is private, held over secure video, and begins where you are right now.
