From an Ayurvedic perspective, disrupted sleep almost always involves vata dysregulation (erratic nervous system), elevated pitta (excess heat and stimulation in the evening), and depleted ojas (vital essence). The restoration of healthy sleep requires more than supplements — it requires rebuilding the conditions in which deep rest becomes possible: stable blood sugar, a regulated nervous system, aligned circadian rhythm, and genuine nourishment.

Energy, similarly, is not just about sleep. It's about how well you're digesting food, how supported your adrenals are, how efficiently your mitochondria are functioning, and how much your body trusts that rest is available.
